How to Share a Complaint

Fair treatment matters when you contact Checkingracial Floor Coating. If an experience leaves you concerned, please tell us. This page describes how to submit a complaint and how we handle it. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns We Want to Hear

You can raise concerns about:

• An exchange with Checkingracial Floor Coating by phone or message
• Our handling or protection of personal information
• Site information that appears incorrect or unclear
• Conduct by a provider we connected you with

When the Concern Is About Work

Providers in our network run separate businesses. They are responsible for their quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. For a problem with a coating job, first write to the provider and save copies of your messages.

Tell us about the issue too. Feedback helps us hold the network accountable. Providers with repeated shortcomings may be removed. Checkingracial Floor Coating cannot resolve contract disputes, handle warranty claims, return money charged by a provider or represent that provider.

• Your name and contact information
• When you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number or form you used, if remembered
• The provider's business name, if you know it
• A brief description of the issue and the result you would like

How We Handle Your Message

We normally acknowledge complaints by email within a few business days. We then examine the concern and may contact the provider as part of that process. Afterward, we explain our findings and any action we intend to take.

Asking for Another Review

If the response does not resolve your concern, reply and request another review. You may also contact your state attorney general, a consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, the state licensing board may be another source of help.
