Understanding This Site's Limits

Last updated: October 2026

Read this disclaimer before relying on any material on checkingracial.skin. It covers the entire site and serves as a general template, not legal advice.

Who Performs the Work

Checkingracial Floor Coating markets a referral service connecting homeowners with independent epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coating providers. Grinding, repairs, coating and sealing are not services we perform. An independent provider does any work at your home.

What a Referral Means

Being referred does not amount to an endorsement. We make no assurances about a provider's quality, timing, price, appearance, durability or availability for a particular date. Providers are responsible for their licenses, insurance, warranties and conduct.

Guidance for Different Floors

Site material is general information, not professional, engineering, legal or financial advice. Slabs differ. Moisture, cracking, existing coatings and weather affect their needs. Discuss your floor with a qualified provider.

Understanding Price Figures

Any prices shown are typical U.S. ranges rather than quotes. Floor size, condition, preparation and the selected coating system affect your price. Obtain a written estimate from the provider before work starts.

How Finishes Perform

Preparation, product selection, application and use all affect coating performance. Statements about features such as stain or UV resistance are general; results vary by product. Ask the provider which products and warranty apply to your floor.

Staying Safe During Work

Coating projects involve dust from grinding and chemical products. Follow the provider's directions for avoiding the work area, ventilation and curing periods.

Payments for Referrals

Checkingracial Floor Coating may receive payment from providers or marketing partners for connecting them with homeowners. Read our Referral Marketing Disclosure for more detail.
